CRM Functional Analyst – Responsibilities and Key Duties
- CRM Solution Design: Partner with clients to understand their business needs, processes, and objectives, and translate them into effective CRM functional requirements.
- Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze, map, and optimize business processes within CRM platforms to drive efficiency, user adoption, and data integrity.
- User Support and Training: Deliver training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
- Configuration and Testing: Configure CRM solutions according to business requirements, execute system testing, and validate solution effectiveness before deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor CRM trends, system performance, and user feedback, and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize CRM system value.
- Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve CRM functional or process issues to maintain a reliable system environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications – CRM Functional Analyst
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst working with leading CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Analysis: Strong ability to analyze and document complex business requirements and transform them into functional CRM system specifications.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM best practices, workflows, data management, and system integrations.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience with issue resolution and continuous process improvement in CRM environments.
- Adaptability: Curiosity and motivation to stay up-to-date with CRM technology trends and new platform features.
Preferred Qualifications for CRM Implementation and Support
- CRM certification (such as Salesforce Administrator, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, etc.)
- Experience with process automation, reporting, and dashboard development within CRM solutions.
- Understanding of data migration, CRM integration with third-party applications, and APIs.
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
