We are looking for our future SAP SuccessFactors LMS – Custom Reporting Specialist to join our teams.

🎯 Your Missions

• Custom Report Creation: Build tailored reports leveraging Plateau Report Designer to address the specific reporting needs within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and convert them into effective data visualizations and outputs.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously test and validate reports to confirm data integrity and reliability before deployment.
• Documentation & Guidelines: Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and technical specs for each report to support adoption and future maintenance.
• End-User Support: Assist users by providing training, troubleshooting, and ongoing report-related guidance.
• Best Practice Evolution: Continuously explore new functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Plateau Report Designer to improve existing reports and methodologies.

📝 Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, particularly in custom reporting roles.
• Technical Expertise: Solid command of Plateau Report Designer and an in-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors LMS data models.
• Analytical Capability: Strong aptitude for working with complex data sets and extracting meaningful insights.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Precision-Oriented: A meticulous approach to ensuring data quality and consistency.

Nice to Have:

• Experience across additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational database environments.
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification or equivalent credentials.
