We are looking for our future IT Functional/Business Consultant to join our teams.
🎯 Your Missions
- This technical support role is key. Ideally, the candidate needs to understand tech solutions, Service Now, SAP, and Salesforce. They should identify the right solutions and be aware of data centers or AI. Someone knowledgeable about data centers and AI is essential for fueling AI development.
- If we can’t find someone with data center experience, we need someone who can define tech requirements and establish assumptions to inform the business case.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and consultation to clients on data center operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proven ability to deliver advanced analytics solutions: Overseeing the development and design of analytical solutions using data mining, predictive modeling, and visualization. Effectively applying statistical techniques to drive business actions for clients in the financial services, insurance, state and federal sectors.
- Experience incorporating behavioral insights into business processes: development and implementation of real-time targeted messaging resulting in up to 20% increased returns. Crafted targeted messaging for individuals and businesses using behavioral insights for state and federal agencies. To be most impactful, these messages rely on risk-based intervention strategies to nudge customers to be more compliant and influence positive decision making.
- Building statistical models to find and predict risk
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of data center projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of data center environments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to data center operations, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Deliver training and support to clients and internal staff on data center technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
📝 Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in Business Analytics (MSBA)
- Proven experience in data center operations, including hardware, software, networking, and security components.
- Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data center management tools and monitoring systems. Service Now, SAP, Salesforce
