Activities:

• Administer and maintain Jira environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Jira configuration, workflows, permissions, and project setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Jira solutions.
• Implement and manage Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet the needs of various teams.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users and promote effective use of Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira and other Atlassian applications, providing timely support to end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest Atlassian features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our Jira usage.
• Assist in data migration, integration with third-party tools, and automation of processes within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on Atlassian products.
• In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, including project configuration, workflow management, and user permissions.
• Familiarity with other Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Management is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Groovy, Jira REST API) is a plus.
• Atlassian certification (e.g., Jira Administrator, Atlassian Certified Professional) is a must-have.
